SLA (Stereolithography) is an additive manufacturing process through the UV laser light scanning and rapid solidifying of the liquid photosensitive resin layer by layer to build up the 3D model. SLA process can not be limited by the design but only the imagination of the engineers and designers. SLA models are usually used as master models to make the silicone rubber molds for vacuum casting. Superior Prototype usually uses Somos 14120 GP Plus 14122 resins for SLA materials, they are imported from American DSM Corporate with ABS-like properties.
